Cancellation policy

You may withdraw from the contract at any time. Withdrawal must be made in writing. In the event of withdrawal, you are obliged to compensate us for any losses incurred: The booking can be canceled free of charge within 48 hours. In the event of cancellation, 50% of the costs will be refunded up to 7 days before arrival at the latest. After that, no costs can be refunded. The date of receipt of your cancellation notice applies. Any amounts already paid will be offset. You may provide a replacement person who will enter into your contract under the specified conditions. Written notification is sufficient.
