House rules
- Check-in: After 3 p.m.
- Check-out: 10 a.m.
- Between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., as well as on Sundays and public holidays until 9 a.m., special consideration should be given to the need for quiet.
- Smoking is prohibited in the flat. In the event of violations, guests will be charged for additional cleaning/damage costs as incurred.
- The front door downstairs must not be left open, but please do not lock it.
- Close the skylights when leaving the flat to prevent rain from entering and theft.
- Turn off the lights when leaving the flat.
- Departure: Please strip the beds you have used and dispose of the rubbish in the designated bins (we will dispose of yellow bags and organic waste). Please take your deposit home with you. Finally, please turn on the dishwasher and leave the key in the outside door of the flat. We can only keep the cleaning fees low if everyone helps.
- If you would like us to take care of the entire cleaning for you, there is an additional fee of €20.
- A maximum of 1 dog is allowed for an additional fee of €5/day. Please keep your dog on a leash at all times on our property (including in the stairwell). Dogs are not allowed on the sofa or in bed, even on an extra blanket. Any soiling must be removed immediately. If there is still heavy soiling on the upholstered furniture, we will have to charge an additional cleaning fee.
- Please also note the following: Surveillance or recording devices on the property — The building entrance is under permanent video surveillance. The device also records sound when movement is detected. These recordings are stored for up to 30 days.
